Pistachio-Almond Butter Stuffed Dates

 


Picture plump, succulent medjool dates, stuffed with almond butter and sprinkled with crushed pistachios. Creamy, yet textured, rich yet balanced, it's a marriage of flavors that ignites the taste buds and is so easy to assemble. As an appetizer, this is true magic that unfolds upon first bite! BTW- did you know medjool dates are native to Morocco?

Pistachio-Almond Butter Stuffed Dates

1 package of medjool dates
I jar of almond butter
1/3 cup pistachio nuts

1. Cut dates in half.
2. With a small spoon, push outward against the sides of the halved dates out so there is a small cavity. Fill the cavity with almond butter.
3. Crush the pistachios. Sprinkle generously on top of the almond butter.

That's all there is to it!
