Summer is the time when I like to make refreshing craft cocktails. This gimlet is so refreshing and a good use of the fresh cucumbers in our garden.
Elderberry-Cucumber Gin Gimlet
1 shot gin
1 shot elderberry liquor
1 shot fresh lime juice
2 cucumber slices
ice
Add all the above to a cocktail shaker. Give it a good shake until it is nice and cold, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
