A New Twist on a Hot Turkey Sandwich
I was in Lexington, Kentucky last week, enjoying a taste of Kentucky hospitality (which often includes anything bourbon-flavored!). My KSTA hosts took me to dinner and introduced me to the Kentucky Hot Brown, a Kentucky dish made famous by the Brown Hotel. It's quite high in calories, but delicious. I haven't made it yet, but I think I will try this with my leftover Thanksgiving turkey- it's a different twist on a hot turkey sandwich.
