The grocery shopping is almost done, the menu is finished. Let the preparation begin! Most of these dishes are the traditional Thanksgiving fixings I make each year. The * indicates new dishes I will try out. I'll post the recipes throughout the week and photos after the dish is complete.
5:09 PM Thursday: 2.5 more hours to go until dinner! A few modifications to the menu but other than that, we can't wait to dig in! And... a bottle of my favorite Kim Crawford New Zealand Savignon Blanc along with a nice cabernet should round it out!
