Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
Lacey Weiser posted this recipe on her food blog. I basically used her same recipe except I substituted Mrs. T's Bloody Mary Mix for the tomato juice and also added a teaspoon of horseradish instead of Tabasco. I also added some fresh chopped sugar snap peas and chopped carrots from my garden. I love this recipe as it is a bit like gazpacho.
