Garlic Scape Pesto


I made the pesto in my Cuisinart by guesswork. Minced up the scapes, added blanched almonds, poured in the olive oil, added some romano cheese, a squeeze of lemon, and a dash of salt and pulsed away. Had to add olive oil several times until I had the right consistency. Smells very garlicky- can't wait to try it try tossing it with some pasta tonight.
